After being forced to take a week off due to the NFL Draft, Gotham looks to make a strong return with “A Dark Knight: That Old Corpse” in a matter of days. And with only three episodes remaining in the current season, would you expect anything less than a trio of nail-biters?

If you’ve been keeping up with the series, then you’re aware of how Jerome Valeska is dead yet again. However, the major difference with his second passing was that he left behind a contingency of sorts in the form of Scarecrow’s latest concoction, which left twin brother, Jeremiah, insane. Thus, it appears as though we’ve had our introduction to this show’s iteration of the Joker.

But before we’re able to arrive at the next episode, the network has opted to sate our appetites with a new clip. In it, we see Jeremiah making his first waves as the would be Clown Prince of Crime, and providing some context for those set photos that leaked in March.

And while I must commend Cameron Monaghan on playing these two characters in completely different ways, I’m getting the feeling that Jerome was a bit more “Joker-ish,” if you will. Then again, this is all we’ve yet to witness of Jeremiah as a villain, so we need to see more of him before we can truly judge. Either way, it looks like we’ve gotten our first inkling as to how the “No Man’s Land” catastrophe will occur.
