Specifically, it’ll be Barry Allen and his wife Iris’ problem, as the Scarlet Speedster gets his other half involved to take her mind off a terrible revelation. Here’s what the synopsis teases:

BARRY AND IRIS TEAM UP TO STOP A DANGEROUS META NAMED RAG DOLL —Nora (Jessica Parker Kennedy) lets something slip about the future that devastates Iris (Candice Patton). In an attempt to distract his wife, Barry (Grant Gustin) asks Iris to team up to stop a new meta, Rag Doll (guest star Troy James). Meanwhile, Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) learns something about her father. Phil Chipera directed the episode written by Thomas Pound & Sterling Gates (#505). Original airdate 11/13/2018.

So, what news of the future could Nora have let slip to her mother? Well, we don’t know just yet but it certainly has a big effect on Iris. No doubt this is the one of XS’ juicy secrets that Jessica Parker Kennedy previously told us would definitely be revealed by episode 5 of the season. We’d hazard a guess that Nora comes clean about the reason she’s more of a daddy’s girl, even though Iris raised her as a single parent after Barry went missing in 2024, but we’ll have to wait and see.

“All Doll’d Up” will also see Caitlin continue the investigation into her past, with this episode having her find out more about her father. It’s already been revealed that Dr. Thomas Snow faked his death, with Caitlin’s mother being part of the deception and keeping the truth from her daughter. Interestingly, the fake name on his death certificate was Cameron Mahkent, the DC comics villain Icicle.

Could it be that Caitlin finds out her dad had similar icy powers in episode 5? Keep watching The Flash every Tuesday on The CW to find out.
