The first trailer for Avengers: Endgame arrived at long last on Friday morning and naturally, Marvel fans everywhere have been talking about nothing else on social media for the last few days. But it’s not just the fans who’ve reacted to the trailer, as the cast and crew of the MCU have also been posting about it.

First off, the Russo brothers used the opportunity to share a message to the MCU’s fans, apologizing for the long wait for the trailer and dedicating it to them. Aw, guys, you shouldn’t have.

Bruce Banner himself, Mark Ruffalo, also shared the trailer and joked about the title reveal, referencing a previous tweet of his that went viral last month.

Ant-Man director Peyton Reed clearly loved Scott Lang’s appearance in the trailer’s final moments, saying the following on Twitter:

Josh Brolin, keeping in character as Thanos, took to Instagram as well to make a cruel joke about the Mad Titan’s actions. Too soon, Josh, too soon.

And here’s how the rest of the gang reacted, including the legendary outlaw Chris Pratt, Hawkeye actor Jeremy Renner, Anthony Mackie (Falcon), Thanos’ daughters Zoe Saldana and Karen Gillan and Black Panther‘s Danai Gurira.

Perhaps the one who said it best, though, was Marvel’s very own Sentinel of Liberty, Chris Evans, who teased that we still have no idea what’s coming in Avengers: Endgame – promising that the trailer is just the tip of the iceberg.

Of course, the most notable star of the MCU who’s yet to respond to the Avengers: Endgame trailer is the one and only Iron Man, Robert Downey Jr. However, that’s perfectly understandable given his current situation. I mean, seeing as he’s stranded in the middle of space on the Benatar, Twitter’s probably not at the forefront of his thoughts right now.
