We got a brief glimpse of this sequence in yesterday’s international trailer for the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel. But while the recent preview edited down the moment to suggest that Peter’s familiar costume goes completely ignored by the woman checking his bag, who chooses instead to focus on the banana he tried to carry on board, this new clip reveals that she actually has some questions about the red and blue outfit. When Peter explains that they’re his pajamas, however, the woman quickly directs her attention to the aforementioned fruit.

Funnily enough, assuming Peter doesn’t actually wear his old costume when he goes to bed, it’s unclear when he’ll have a chance to put it on in the upcoming film. Going by the various set pics and footage we’ve seen already, the wall-crawler will spend much of his screen time wearing a new red and black outfit, and when the occasion calls for a sneakier mission, it looks like our hero will be putting on a dark stealth suit that he might well have got from Nick Fury.

In any case, it seems that Spidey will be suiting up to fight Elementals across Europe while also keeping both his activity and the contents of his bag hidden from his various classmates. We’ll find out how Peter fares once more in balancing his personal life and his superhero life when Spider-Man: Far From Home hits theaters on July 5th, 2019, but before then, it’s looking pretty likely we’ll see him first when Avengers: Endgame comes out on April 26th.
