By now, many of us have started taking it as fact that Valkyrie from Thor: Ragnarok will be making an appearance in Avengers: Endgame, but in case you still need further convincing, actress Tessa Thompson just dropped a pretty big hint via social media that she’s involved in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War sequel.

The tweet in question sees the Annihilation star pledge her commitment to diversifying the range of journalists covering her films this year, writing:

“I also committed to Doubling the number of women and POC journalist covering the films I have coming out this year. (One in April and in June). TimesUpx2”

As you can see, Thompson mentions in brackets the months on which two of her projects are scheduled to drop, and while Men in Black: International is known to be filling the June slot, the actress currently has no films officially announced for April. It’s therefore not too much of a stretch to suggest that she’s probably referring to Endgame, which is set to come out on the final weekend of the month.

This latest clue is certainly not without precedent. The actress already got fans’ hopes up a few months ago when she took a flight with Chris Hemsworth to Phoenix where the latter was needed for Endgame reshoots. But the moment that really seemed to validate our suspicions was a leak from earlier this month, which showed that Valkyrie would be getting an action figure as part of the new film’s toy line.

So while Marvel Studios can stay as tight-lipped as they want on the matter, it’s looking pretty inevitable right now that Thompson will be making her return to the MCU when Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26th, 2019.
