Avengers: Endgame Leak Confirms The Return Of A Fan Favorite

After Ragnarok left its heroic cast drifting through space with nowhere really to go, the ship holding Valkyrie, Thor and the last of the Asgardians quickly met its end at the start of Avengers: Infinity War. As such, last year's mega-hit left the fate of several key Ragnarok characters up in the air, including Valkyrie. But co-director Joe Russo has since teased that Tessa Thompson’s hero may have actually survived the attack from Thanos and now, we seemingly have confirmation of that.

Seen in the gallery down below are a ton of new Avengers: Endgame toy leaks and one of them features none other than Valkyrie, which tells us that she is indeed in the film. How she’ll factor into things, we can’t say, but it at least looks like the sequel will give us some answers on just where she got to at the start of IW. It’s generally assumed that she must have fled the ship along with Korg and Miek off-screen, but we’ll find out soon enough.

In the meantime, you can flip through all the toy leaks below and see what other clues and hints you can spot:

There’s a lot of juicy stuff in there, and we’ll dig into the rest of it in a couple articles to come, but for now, it’s nice to know that we’ll for sure be seeing more of Valkyrie. Then again, there wasn’t ever much doubt that she’d be back, especially given Russo’s aforementioned tease and the generally strong response to the character. But with the cat now truly out of the bag, we’ll hopefully get to see her in action soon enough. Maybe even in the film’s next trailer?

That’s expected to debut in February at the Super Bowl, before it plays in theaters alongside Captain Marvel. Chalk that up as speculation for now, but with only a handful of months to go before Avengers: Endgame arrives, you can expect plenty more promotional material to emerge in no time at all.
