One of the horror genre's most promising talents, Adam Wingard, has been chosen to direct Godzilla vs. Kong, which Warner Bros. and Legendary are currently prepping ahead of its 2020 release. Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s Gabriel Luna Wants The Walking Dead Star Norman Reedus To Play Ghost Rider
Ghost Rider is a character that just hasn't had much luck when it comes to adaptations, despite finding huge success in the comics. In 2007, we got a film starring Nicholas Cage as the eponymous antihero and a sequel followed in 2012, though both were complete garbage. As such, Marvel got the rights back and used them as a chance to inject some new life into the struggling Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., by introducing Ghost Rider on the show.

Sanity Slips Away In These New Photos From The Mist
It’s always seemed odd, the way that very few excellent adaptations of the literary work of Stephen King have been created. Despite the fact that the author is a prolific writer of some deeply profound, horrifying tales, capturing that essence onscreen has thus far been an astonishing rarity. One such example is The Mist, which – despite being published a number of times – has only produced one extremely disappointing film adaptation in 2007. This could be about to change, however, with the imminent arrival of a television series from Spike that uses the basis of The Mist as a premise for an ongoing story.

Tom Cruise Goes Looking For Trouble On New Posters For The Mummy
Universal has big, big plans for their monster movies. That was made abundantly clear this week when they finally made the whole thing official, announcing the Dark Universe. Set to be a shared cinematic universe not too different from what we've seen with Marvel and DC - except that it involves monsters instead of superheroes - it'll kick off with The Mummy next month and also include films like The Invisible Man and Bride of Frankenstein, among many, many others.

Wonder Woman Reviews Call It The “Best DCEU Movie So Far”
Does Warner Bros. finally have a hit on their hands as far as DC Extended Universe movies go? It certainly seems that way. While full reviews for Wonder Woman are still under embargo, and will be for a few more weeks, the social media reactions are starting to pour in and it's almost unanimous: the critics absolutely love it. Though it's far from a perfect film, it sounds like Patty Jenkins' blockbuster is a huge hit and also the burgeoning cinematic universe's best effort to date.

It Comes At Night Continues To Terrify With Two New Promos
Horror, perhaps more than any other genre, spawns countless releases each and every year. Most are low-budget indies and a lot don't even see the inside of a theatre. Admittedly, the vast majority probably aren't even worth a look unless you consider yourself a hardcore fan of the genre. That being said, there's always a few gems that pop up every now and again and It Comes At Night definitely seems to be one of them.

Bask In The Nostalgia With This Star Wars: The Last Jedi VHS Trailer
After an excruciatingly long wait, Disney and Lucasfilm finally gave us the first teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi at Celebration last month, almost breaking the internet in the process. Though it didn't show off a whole lot, what we got was definitely exciting and as Luke muttered those now infamous words - "it's time for the Jedi to end" - at the closing moments of the preview, fans were sent into a collective frenzy.
