Netflix Releases Impressive House Of Cards Viewership Numbers
House of Cards is one of the best things on television right now. Actually, it's not fair to say "on television" as the show is on Netflix, but still, it's one of the most enjoyable, thrilling, intriguing and well-acted pieces of entertainment that's currently available and for those of you not watching it, you're seriously missing out. Its second season premiered last week to rave reviews but it's not only the critics that are going crazy over the political thriller, Netflix subscribers seem to be eating it up too.

Entourage Movie Adds Kid Cudi
With filming finally getting underway on the Entourage movie, it looks like the studio is scrambling to fill the remaining roles. Earlier this week we heard that Haley Joel Osment had signed on and today, Deadline is reporting that rapper Scott Mescudi, aka Kid Cudi, will be joining the project as well.

Marvel Is Meeting With Several Directors For Doctor Strange
With everyone's attention now focused on Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel is quietly working on their next big property, Doctor Strange. Though we haven't heard anything concrete on the film just yet, THR is reporting tonight that the studio is starting to meet with directors. Apparently there are four men in the running for the job and it's a rather surprising list of candidates.

Patrick Hughes To Helm US Remake Of The Raid: Redemption, Hemsworth Brothers May Star
A couple of years ago we heard that Screen Gems was planning an American remake of Gareth Evans' hit action film The Raid: Redemption. Shortly after, things went quiet on that front and many had hoped that the silence signalled the studio's intention to scrap the project. Unfortunately, Screen Gems is still intent on remaking it, and now we're hearing that The Expendables 3 director Patrick Hughes is in talks to direct.

James Badge Dale To Headline Supernatural Flick Spectral
James Badge Dale has got to be one of Hollywood's most under-appreciated talents. I wouldn't call him an unknown, but he's nowhere near as big a name as he should be. Despite taking substantial roles in three tentpoles last summer (World War Z, Iron Man 3 and The Lone Ranger), he's still not on the A-list and has yet to really break out.

Michael B. Jordan And Miles Teller To Reunite With Tom Gormican For A Heist Movie
The Wrap is reporting that Miles Teller and Michael B. Jordan, two of Hollywood's hottest young talents, will be reuniting with their That Awkward Moment director Tom Gormican for an untitled heist film for Warner Bros. Described as being "in the vein of fun capers like Ocean's 11," the movie will be set in Macau but unfortunately, we don't have any details on what the plot will involve.

Jada Pinkett Smith Takes A Villainous Role In Fox’s Gotham
Jada Pinkett Smith will be taking a villainous role in Fox's upcoming Batman prequel series Gotham. The actress will play a gangster named Fish Monoey, who is the Penguin's boss and is described as an “imposing, hotheaded and notoriously sadistic gangster boss and nightclub owner with street smarts and almost extra-sensory abilities to read people like an open book.” Presumably, she'll make for a formidable opponent for Gotham detectives James Gordon and Harvey Bullock.

First Look At Rupert Friend In Agent 47
Today, thanks to IGN, we have our first look at Rupert Friend in the upcoming Hitman reboot Agent 47. Coming to us from 20th Century Fox and director Aleksander Bach, the film was originally set to star Paul Walker as the titular assassin. When he passed away, Friend came on board to replace him and now, cameras are set to get rolling next week in Berlin.
