The Hunger Games: Catching Fire Reveals New Images
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is well into production and today, EW has given us the first images from the film, providing a look at stars Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson and newcomer Sam Clafin, who is set to play Finnick. With Francis Lawrence now behind the camera, taking over for Gary Ross, fans are waiting anxiously to see how the sequel wil turn out. Judging by the images, the overall look and feel of the first film seems to be there still and the character of Finnick looks like he is being brought to life in suitable fashion, appearing exactly how I would imagine him to.

Ang Lee Still Wants To Direct Angelina Jolie In Cleopatra
Kicking around in Hollywood for far too long now is the historical epic Cleopatra, which is also a passion project for Angelina Jolie. Many directors have taken a look at the film, most notably David Fincher and James Cameron, but so far, no one has attached themselves to it. Back in August, Fincher departed and when he did, another interesting name sat up and took notice: Ang Lee.

Tina Fey Wanted For The Muppets 2
Slowly coming together is Disney's The Muppets 2, which is entering into the casting phase and making some significant moves. We already know that Ricky Gervais is on board to lead and now, The Hollywood Reporter is telling us that 30 Rock star Tina Fey is in talks to co-star and if she should join, she'll receive top billing alongside Gervais.

Lucas Till, Jeremy Irvine And Alex Pettyfer Testing For Divergent
Now that Twilight is gone, Hollywood needs something to fill its place and while there are several film adaptations vying for that role (Beautiful Creatures, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones etc.,) Summit's Divergent, which is set to star Shailene Woodley, is perhaps one of the most anticipated. Of course, seeing as the film is aiming to hit hard with the young adults, it needs a charming male lead to act opposite Woodley and steal the hearts of young girls everywhere.

DGA Nominations Honor Steven Spielberg, Ben Affleck And More
Every year, the Director's Guild of America does incredibly well in acting as an indicator for the Best Director Academy Award. Their nominations usually match up to what the Academy chooses and more often than not, so does their winner. 2013 Razzie Nominations Honour Twilight, Battleship And More
Awards season is picking up and while various film circles name their top films of the year, the 2013 Razzie nominations are here to honor the worst of the year. All the usual suspects show up, as films like The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 and That’s My Boy appear in most of the major categories. Admittedly, all of the films that show up here deserve to be on this list. Titles like A Thousand Words and Atlas Shrugged: Part II should surprise no one with their appearance here. These are all terrible, terrible films that will be remembered for the failures that they were.

The Fifty Shades Of Grey Film May Be Rated NC-17
If you're one of the many people who are anxious and skeptical of the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey adaptation, you can rest easy knowing that all your favorite scenes of explicit S&M sex will make it into the film as Kelly Marcel, the screenwriter, has stated that the film will be so steamy that it will receive an NC-17. Considering the novel explores a "kinky relationship between virginal college senior Anastasia Steele and 27-year-old billionaire Christian Grey," the rating does seem appropriate.

Charlize Theron Circling Inherent Vice
As Paul Thomas Anderson gears up for his next film, Inherent Vice, the much discussed adaptation of Thomas Pynchon‘s novel, he's also starting to put his cast together. For one, the film will star Robert Downey Jr. as Doc Sportello, the pot-smoking private eye who investigates a kidnapping mystery in 1969 Los Angeles. If RDJ's involvement wasn't enough to get you excited, now we're hearing that Charlize Theron may be joining the film as well.

Josh Brolin Will Replace Clive Owen In Sin City: A Dame To Kill
Hot off the news that Joseph Gordon-Levitt has taken a lead role in Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, we are now hearing that Josh Brolin will replace Clive Owen in the role of Dwight. Originally, it was reported that Dimension Films was pursuing Brolin for a totally unrelated role. Today, however, we are hearing that he will be replacing Owen, with one of the reasons being that the story will call for "Dwight to look completely different than he did in segments from Sin City."

Joseph Gordon-Levitt Takes Lead Role In Sin City: A Dame To Kill For
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is leaving his mark on most major big-budget films these days. He's wanted or has been rumored for almost every prominent and sought after role in Hollywood and now, we can add one more film to that list. But first, let's recap. The past few months have seen the actor flirt with the Justice League film, test for the lead role in Guardians of the Galaxy and turn down Garth Edward's Godzilla. Not bad for a guy who is barely over 30. You'd think that the actor would be busy enough with all that on his plate but it appears not as this week, Dimension Films have announced that he's signed on for Sin City: A Dame to Kill For.
