First Footage Of Drive Starring Ryan Gosling
Drive is the highly anticipated upcoming film, being brought to us by director Nicolas Winding Refn. Ryan Gosling stars as a stunt man who works at night as a getaway driver. Based on James Sallis' novel, the film has a healthy supporting cast, sporting names like Carey Mulligan, Albert Brooks, Oscar Isaacs, Bryan Cranston, Christina Hendricks and Ron Perlman. The other day we finally got a look at some footage for the film, which was released to promote its upcoming Cannes premiere, it will hit theatres on September 16th.

Watch Zoe Saldana Kick Ass In Colombiana Trailer
Today we get a brand new trailer for Colombiana. Starring the gorgeous Zoe Saldana, the film looks to be a pure action thrill ride with Saldana playing a hot assassin for director Olivier Megaton (The Transporter 3). Eyeing a September 2nd release date, the film is finally starting to show off some footage and it's looking pretty exciting. Rounding out the cast are Michael Vartan, Amandla Stenberg, Callum Blue, Cliff Curtis, Jordi Mollà, Lennie James, Max Martini, Graham McTavish, Cynthia Addai-Robinson and Affif Ben Badra.

Exclusive Interview With Michael Goldbach On Daydream Nation
Receiving a limited release this week, followed by a Blu-Ray/VOD release next week is Michael Goldbach's debut film Daydream Nation, a dramedy starring Kat Dennings and Josh Lucas. Dennings plays Caroline Wexler, a rebellious young teenager who gets caught up in a love triangle when one of her classmates (Reece Thompson) falls for her. The only problem is, Caroline has fallen for someone else, her teacher (Josh Lucas). The two start an affair and with it comes a number of problems, which only further complicates Caroline's life.

South Park Season 15-02 ‘Funnybot’ Recap
Some times Matt and Trey produce duds, it doesn't happen often, but every once in a while we get an episode that's just not funny. On this week's episode Jimmy hosts the First Annual Comedy Awards, presented by the Special Ed department. During the ceremony, he announces that the Germans are the least funny people in the world. This doesn't still too well with them and so they retaliate by creating a robot named Funnybot, which almost starts the next world war.

Enrique Iglesias Brings In Lil Wayne And Nayer For Dirty Dancer Remix
Enrique Iglesias has released the remix to his song Dirty Dancer. He's brought Lil Wayne and Nayer on board who will join Iglesias along with Usher, who was featured on the original version. The song first appeared on the artist's Euphoria album. It's a pure club hit and I'm surprised I haven't heard it yet on the dancefloor. I guess they're waiting until Tonight I'm Loving You dies out, right? Give it a month or two and this one will be all over the club scenes, looking forward to hearing it when I'm out. The Darkness II Receives Release Date And Trailer
The folks over at 2K Games have brought us a release date and trailer for their upcoming game The Darkness II. The trailer doesn't show a whole lot but it does give us a release date, which is October 4th, 2011. Not too far away and I for one am pretty excited. The first game was great. It was overshadowed by some other titles but for those who played it, you know what I'm talking about. It was a real treat. The multiplayer was pretty broken but the single player campaign was very well done and I've been waiting for this game for a while now.

Catfish Directors Taking On Paranormal Activity 3
Bloody Disgusting is bringing us some bloody awful news today. Paranormal Activity 3 is heading into theatres in about 5 months (October 21st) and Paramount has found some directors to helm the film. Catfish directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman will be behind the camera to deliver yet another crappy sequel to a franchise that should have never begun. Worse is the fact that Joost and Shulman's film Catfish was god awful. So we have terrible directors directing what will surely be a terrible film, sounds like a good formula for some box office business wouldn't you say? I didn't like Catfish, at all. It got very mixed reviews and spurred a lot of debate but I personally thought it was an awful film. As for Paranormal Activity, nothing is stupider than that series, I seriously don't understand how people enjoy those films.

Bradley Cooper Looking At Paradise Lost
Variety is reporting that rising star Bradley Cooper is close to joining Alex Proyas' new film Paradise Lost, an adaptation of John Milton‘s 17th-century poem. Cooper is up for the role of Lucifer aka the Devil. It's kind of funny that he's attaching himself to the project at this particular time since he's also attached to a remake of one of Proyas' older films, The Crow. The film is said to be an epic that will include aerial warfare and will act as a tentpole action vehicle for Legendary Pictures. For those unfamiliar with the poem, it tells the story of "the story of the epic war in heaven between archangels Michael and Lucifer.”

Conan The Barbarian Trailer
We haven't seen much footage from Conan The Barbarian and because of that, it hasn't really been on many people's radars. Buzz has been low on director Marcus Nispel's upcoming film and I for one haven't really given it too much attention. That changes today though as Yahoo! has released the first trailer for the film and it actually looks pretty cool.

Universal Finds Their Prince In Sam Claflin
Universal has found their prince for Snow White And The Hunstman. Sam Claflin has been selected to play the role. The relativley unknown actor has a decent role in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. He also has a big role in the upcoming film The Seventh Son, where he'll star alongside Jeff Bridges and Julianne Moore. I'm not going to pretend to know who the kid is because honestly, I've never heard of him. I'm sure most people are in the same boat as me but once the upcoming Pirates film comes out hopefully he'll become more of a familiar face. Claflin is not the last piece in this puzzle though, there's still the role of the Huntsman and the offer is currently out to Chris Hemsworth. Whether he signs on remains to be seen but we'll keep you posted.
