Helena Bonham Carter will play a flawless Miss Havisham in Mike Newell's 2012 adaption of Great Expectations, at least judging from these pictures. Havisham is the central character of Charles Dickens' 1861 novel, who teaches her adopted daughter Estella (played by Holliday Grainger) to break hearts as a sort of revenge for being stood up at the altar in her youth.
Hardcore Parks and Recreations fans know very well that Pawnee was briefly taken over by a cult in the 1970's. Its followers worshipped an alien named Zorp, who promised to melt their skin off and bring them eternal salvation. Normal stuff like that.

The adorable Tony award-winning actor, who we'll see co-starring in My Week With Marilyn and Hick (alongside Blake Lively,) has been cast in Tom Hooper's film version of the wildly popular musical, Les Miserables.

To sum it up - Bane takes over Gotham because he ends up injuring Batman (Christian Bale) pretty badly. So much so that Batman leaves for a few months to recover. Bane keeps the city full panic-mode, because apparently most people believe that if they go bad, they'll be safe from Bane. This leads to Gordon (Gary Oldman) trying to save the city by himself, getting himself hospitalized in the process. Bruce goes to visit him in some kind of disguise, fueling Batman's return.
It's Halloween in Pawnee, and that means April (Aubrey Plaza) and Andy (Chris Pratt) are throwing a party. Complete with murder and blood orphans... according to April, anyway. Andy says there will just be a lot of candy and tequila, so let's hope he's right.
Frankenweenie is based on an animated short Burton originally created for Disney in 1984. The short is about a dog named Sparky who gets brought back from the dead Frankenstein style. Burton favorites Winona Ryder, Catherine O'Hara and Martin Short will lend their voices to the film.
The film appears to take some liberties with the classic Dr. Seuss tale. Instead of being an emotional metaphor for humanity's destruction of the environment, this version of The Lorax is about a boy (voiced by Zac Efron) on a quest for something that will help him win the girl of his dreams (Taylor Swift). In doing so, he encounters The Lorax (Danny DeVito) the protector of the Truffula trees, which are being uprooted by a greedy clothing entrepreneur.
