Burnout Crash! Review
Since the dawn of the gaming industry, two words that have been synonymous with video games are high score and multiplier. Many games have captured hours upon hours of our interactive careers with the promise of great unlocks at a certain point plateau or the incentive to do great in order to show off to friends. One of the latest to venture into this type of competitive action is Burnout Crash!, the popular series' first downloadable outing, developed by Criterion Games themselves. It has a lot of the same awards structuring but happens to take place in a new arena: vehicular intersections.

Crysis On Consoles Gets A Release Date
It's been a long time coming, but the original Crysis has just received a set in stone console release date. The Cry Engine 3 is allowing the game, which was notorious for over-exerting PC rigs, to come to both the PS3 and XBOX 360. When will that be? October 4. Just one week from now.

Nicktoons MLB Review
Nickelodeon has invaded Major League Baseball, bringing with it some zany characters who are bent on defeating the league's human all-stars. That's pretty much all that we're given in the new cross-over sports game, Nicktoons MLB; at least in terms of story. There really isn't one, nor is a drawn out reason needed for such a weird combination. What's necessary is the knowledge that this is a joint effort from two established brands, who are hoping to appeal to children and families with accessible baseball action through the use of the XBOX 360 and its Kinect motion-sensing peripheral. After all, the ability to play baseball with SpongeBob, Ren, Stimpy, Invader Zim and the like would surely pique a younger gamer's interest.

Assassin’s Creed: Revelations Preview [X’11]
Ubisoft had a lot up its sleeve at Microsoft's X'11 Preview Event last month in Toronto, with heavy-hitter Assassin's Creed: Revelations being their game of show. The twenty minute presentation I witnessed was interesting, immersive and impressive. It was demoed by a member of the development team at Ubisoft Montreal and did dual work showing off both Ezio and Altair at different points in the game. Certainly, as you know, this game is set to conclude the individual storylines of both of the heroic yet shadow-lurking assassins.
