Wii U Outputs 1080p Through Use of HDMI
Now that its new console has been officially revealed, Nintendo has revealed a detailed list of specs for the Wii U. It confirms early rumors which stated the device would be capable of outputting full HD 1080p visuals. This will be done through an HDMI output option, which is something most Nintendo fans will be extremely happy to hear about. Who hasn't wanted to see their trademark colour palette pop in full HD? I know I have.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion 5th Anniversary Gets A Release Date
Leaked last month, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion 5th Anniversary Edition now has a concrete release date. Bethesda revealed that its masterpiece RPG will hit store shelves via its third release iteration, on July 12. Priced at a very reasonable $29.99, the package will include the lengthy RPG as well as its two major DLC packs: the Knights of the Nine quest and the 30 hour long Shivering Isles expansion. It will be available for the PC, XBOX 360 and PlayStation 3.

Nintendo Hints At Zelda HD For Wii U
Could Nintendo have an HD Zelda game in the works for the Wii U? It's certainly a possibility after the company showed a brief glimpse of beautiful real-time footage of one at the end of its Wii U reveal montage. A possibility that we certainly hope will end up being becoming a reality.

Super Mario 3D Revealed For The 3DS
Nintendo of America head, Reggie Fils Aime, took some time this afternoon to announce Super Mario 3D for the Nintendo 3DS. He made mention of the fact that it is the first three-dimensional Mario title that the company has developed from scratch for a portable system. That has sparked interest in exploring the opportunity to bring back some of their retro series in full 3D.

Catch A Glimpse Of The Legend Of Zelda: Skyward Sword Gameplay Footage
A new trailer and screenshots have become public for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. Each show a much more colourful visual palette and style than we saw with Twilight Princess, though there are some darker section that feature a return to the series' more realistic looking style. Both types of screens look great, and so does the gameplay footage contained within the trailer.

Gears Of War E3 Co-Op Demo
