Pro Cycling Manager 2012 has a lot to offer cycling enthusiasts, though the average gamer will be lost among its menus with no real explanation of how they should progress. This title can safely be passed on by all but the most feverish fans of cycling and/or sports management simulators.

Spelunky Makes Its Long Awaited XBLA Debut July 4th
It’s hard to believe that it’s finally here. After over a year of waiting, Spelunky is finally ready to debut on XBLA. The game initially debuted as a freeware PC game back in 2008 (you can still play this version after downloading it here) and quickly became a cult classic among fans of indie games.

Latest Diablo III Patch Limits New Players’ Access To Full Game For 3 Days
I’m not sure Blizzard knows what they’re doing anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I love Diablo III and I’ve lost more hours to it than I care to admit, but with each update I’m getting a stronger feeling that someone is seeing what they can get away with. I mean, there’s no way someone could come up with an idea like this and think it’s a good one. They couldn’t possibly be this stupid, right?

Professor Layton Will Come With The Good Kind Of DLC This November
With all of my talk about Nintendo botching the DLC for New Super Mario Bros. 2, I have to give them a tip of my hat for the way they’re promising to handle Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask. The super sleuth will be making his 3DS debut come November, and is bringing the adorable animated world with him. This should be enough to get you excited for the title, but Nintendo has decided that they will release one downloadable puzzle every day over the course of a full year. To sweeten the deal, each of these puzzles will be available as a free download.

Nintendo’s 8-Bit Summer Will Serve Up Two 3DS eShop Games A Week
The 3DS eShop has really lived up to the lofty expectations I’ve had since it was first announced. Nintendo has done a fantastic job of giving gamers what they want at an affordable price. That being said, Nintendo’s summer promotion may have raised the bar. I’m not sure who to thank for this, but Nintendo announced that this is officially the 8-Bit Summer. There will be two games released every week through July, and it’s certainly an impressive lineup.
