Civilization V: Brave New World Review
Civilization V: Brave New World still suffers from some of the same issues that have plagued the stand alone title, but this expansion completely changes the way the game plays at points. This is a perfect time to come back to the world of Civilization. Just make sure you don't have anything else to do.

NCAA Football 14 Review
I’m not traditionally a college sports guy, truth be told. Maybe it’s because I wasn’t raised in an area where I was surrounded by the culture , or maybe it’s because the universities I attended weren’t exactly steeped in traditions of athletic excellence. I’ve always had the mentality that college sports are fun, but they may be a bit of an acquired taste that I simply never developed. Coming into NCAA Football 14 as an absolutely rabid fan of Madden, I was hoping this would be enough to finally win me over. Sadly, however, I think it’s going to take just a bit more to pull me into the world of college sports.

Rogue Legacy Review
Rogue Legacy is one of those games you keep playing after you’ve powered down your system for the night. Even now, the hardest part about writing this review is refraining from loading up the game for just “one more try”. It’s an absolute time black hole, and it’s a game I can see myself going back to for months to come. Had the game had a bit more variety in enemies and cleaned up just a few more of the glitches, it would have a strong case for a perfect score, but as it is it’ll have to suffer the scorn of being an amazing game that is, at least, a strong contender for indie game of the year. Somehow, I think the guys at Cellar Door Games will be ok with that.
