Throughout our lifetime, there are certain significant experiences that we're able to remember vividly. Perhaps they could be first dates, concerts, the loss of a loved one or even what we were doing when major historical events occurred. We'd prefer you not include waiting in line all night to purchase the latest smart phone, but we'll let it slide.
Undeniably, Gotham has treated us to no shortage of classic Batman villains over the course of its four seasons, with fresh interpretations of the Penguin, Riddler, Scarecrow and Mr. Freeze already having been offered up. In fact, some would argue that this series has played host to the best live action iterations of those very characters.
With the next “super season” set to commence in just under three weeks, it’s only understandable that The CW pulls out all the stops in order to assure that viewers come back for another helping. And usually when we’re that close to any specific episode airing, synopses are bound to surface online, effectively bringing some minor spoilers along with them. In this case, that rule applies to fan favorites Legends Of Tomorrow and Arrow.

After turning in an impressive season premiere last night, the cast and crew of Gotham look to keep the ball rolling with next week's episode, "A Dark Knight: The Fear Reaper." From that foreboding title, you can probably surmise that the Scarecrow will play a huge role, no doubt confounding Jim Gordon and the rest of the GCPD at every turn.
From the start, a common complaint about Gotham has been that it's "a Batman show without Batman." And even as a supporter of the series, I have to admit that position is warranted. But now, we've made a huge leap forward, putting it in similar territory to Smallville seasons 8-10 - which I referred to as "the proto-Superman years" - because, like it or not, we've now entered the proto-Batman era, baby.
After having to endure months of speculation after the first whispers hinted at a Watchmen TV series being developed by HBO, it's great to finally receive confirmation that the project is moving forward - and with Damon Lindelof (Lost) at the helm, no less.
With exactly three weeks to go until the next season commences, one could say that it's long overdue for The CW to give us Supernatural fans some new footage. Sure, a very brief promo has been airing during commercial breaks as of late, but it didn't really offer any hints when it came to upcoming storylines.
Even though it won't be seeing theatrical release, a strong argument could be made for Cult of Chucky being one of the most anticipated horror movies to drop in 2017. Not only will it include returning favorites such as Jennifer Tilly and Alex Vincent, but it will also carry over the darker tone that director Don Mancini established in the previous film, Curse of Chucky.
With the season 4 premiere of Gotham now just hours away, there's a chance that you may be looking for a way to pass the time. Luckily, a few more related goodies have dropped that give us much to ponder over.
