Truth be told, DC's currently in-progress crossover, "The Button," not only gets crazier with each successive installment, but it arguably gets even better as it delivers memorable moments normally reserved for big event books like, say, something with "Crisis" in the title. But, as Batman #22 has proven, you never know when the next modern classic will spring up.
Now that we're aware the Joker will make his presence known in Injustice 2 and is bringing his officially licensed Suicide Squad coat from Hot Topic along with him, our attention turns toward one of the other prominent villains to inhabit the DC Universe - that, of course, being none other than Darkseid.
In a matter of hours, the moment we've all been waiting for will arrive when Savitar's true identity will be revealed on The Flash. And considering that the producers have been cruelly teasing us with the unmasking for the past few installments, it comes as a relief knowing that they'll deliver. Well, when you title an episode "I Know Who You Are," you'd certainly better.
Now that Kara has successfully made sure that her adoptive sister, Alex, remains among the living for the foreseeable future, she's once again ready to embark on adventures that are a little more science fiction in nature. I'm sure that many Resident Evil devotees who are reading this enjoy the video games and live action movies alike, but I'm sure that we can all agree that the CGI animated films - Degeneration and Damnation - each brought something to the table that hadn't been achieved in other endeavors. Whether it be bridging the events of certain games in the series or giving us the long overdue reunion between Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, Capcom and Sony Pictures have indeed spoiled us when it comes to fan service.

Marvel has especially championed this method of storytelling in recent years, with Captain America: Sam Wilson being a prime example.
In the past year, DC has pulled of several coups, specifically when it comes to signing talent such as Bruno Redondo, Liam Sharp, Andy Kubert, Javier Fernandez, Jorge Jiménez, Amanda Conner, James Tynion IV and Dan Abnett to exclusivity deals. And by that, we mean each listed creator can work on content published by only DC or Vertigo for a specified amount of time.
Now that we know the next mainline movie starring our favorite mutants is officially titled X-Men: Dark Phoenix and will grace cinemas next year, it comes as no surprise that Fox has already gotten the ball rolling when it comes to casting.
If you've been keeping up with the latest news pertaining to DC TV shows, then you're well aware of how each series' creative minds intend to pull out all the stops in the final stretch of the current season, as is to be expected. That said, it comes as no surprise that Supergirl is of that ilk, especially since it's really stepped up its game after coming over to The CW.
