DNCE celebrates the official release today of their new single, “Body Moves.” The funky pop jam is the first taste of their self-titled, debut album – sort of. Along with the song comes the track listing for the forthcoming record, and the collection of songs is a bit familiar to anyone who listened to last year’s EP, SWAAY.
Daya is only 17 years old, but she’s accomplished more in her career than most artists do in a lifetime. Her biggest hit came in the form of the top five smash, “Don’t Let Me Down” – and to the average outsider, that might be all she’s known for at the moment. Her debut album, Sit Still, Look Pretty, drops next week though, and she’s quickly solidifying herself as a household name in pop.
With each song that Tyler Glenn releases from his upcoming solo album, it’s getting harder and harder to really miss music from Neon Trees. The Neon Trees vocalist is doing something much different – and arguably better – with his solo career, and he just released another new song that shows how serious he’s taking the new venture.
Maroon 5 have something up their sleeves, and it’s about new music. After over two years since the release of their last album, V, the band is ready to head into the next era – they’ll be coming out with a new single called “I Don’t Want To Know” featuring a guest spot by none other than rapper Kendrick Lamar.
It’s been a while since we’ve gotten any original material from Train, but the pop group just unveiled a brand new single entitled “Play That Song,” which comes off their upcoming album set for release sometime next year.
When Sia began teasing hashtags last month, rumors were swirling around that the pop star would be releasing a new album by the end of the year, led by the fresh single “The Greatest” featuring Kendrick Lamar. Unfortunately, there’s no new album, but Sia is going to be re-issuing her recent album, This Is Acting, instead.
Ever since One Direction called it quits (for now, at least), everybody wondered which member would be the first to come out with new tunes. Today, Niall Horan has emerged as the winner, as the singer released his debut solo single, “This Town.”
The Weeknd isn't waiting for people to get even a little bit tired of keeping "Starboy" on repeat before dropping another new song. Even though he came back with a bang with the Daft Punk-assisted jam last week, The Weeknd is striking while the iron's hot with the release of "False Alarm."
It’s been about a year now that One Direction announced that they’d be taking a well-deserved hiatus. After becoming one of the biggest boy bands to ever grace the planet, this break is allowing the guys to become their own entity for once, and no longer be tied to their former fame. Of course, it’s easier said than done, because no matter what they do, they’ll always be hammered with questions about a potential reunion. Harry Styles addressed whether One Direction will be back someday in an interview in Another Man magazine.
A Juicy J song featuring Kanye West is good in theory, but the result leaves much to be desired – at least if you’re going off their recent collaboration, “Ballin.” The song, which premiered today on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio show, is a brand new track off Juicy J’s upcoming album, Rubba Band Business: The Album.
