Grim Fandango Remaster Also Heading To Home Computers
While it was definitely a wonderful surprise to hear the announcement of the forthcoming re-release of LucasArts' classic Grim Fandango during Sony's E3 conference last month, many gamers who loved the original PC version were dismayed to hear that the re-release would apparently be exclusive to the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. As it turns out, those who would prefer to revisit the game on a computer are in luck, as the official Twitter account for Double Fine Productions, the studio that is currently working on the remastering, had this to say today:

Episode 5 Of The Wolf Among Us Gets A Trailer & Release Date
The first episode of The Wolf Among Us may have launched all the way back in October of last year, but it's still hard for me to believe that the story's about to reach its conclusion. Episode 5, Cry Wolf, has been confirmed to launch next week across the multiple platforms that the episodic adventure game is available on, and as with previous Telltale releases, a brief but intriguing promotional trailer has been released to get fans hyped.

Pushmo World Review
Pushmo World offers the same great gameplay as its predecessor, along with better sharing options for custom levels, but veterans may not feel like there's quite enough to it in order to justify a repeat purchase.

Splatoon Hands-On Preview [E3 2014]
One of Nintendo's more out-of-nowhere announcements during their E3 stream was the reveal of Splatoon, a brand-new IP exclusive to the Wii U. Not only is it uncommon for Nintendo to step out of their comfort zone and create a new franchise from scratch (outside of smaller downloadable titles), but Splatoon is also their first full-on venture into the world of competitive multiplayer third-person shooters, though its unique central mechanics make it far less violent than the likes of Call of Duty.

Trials Fusion Getting Tournaments Via New Update
Things have been quiet on the Trials Fusion front since the game's initial launch back in April, though developer RedLynx has promised to release multiple packs of downloadable content in the months to come. While we still don't know exactly when those will start to roll out, fans of the series looking for a good excuse to boot the game back up may get their wish granted today, and it won't cost them a dime.

Murasaki Baby Hands-On Preview [E3 2014]
One of the more unique-looking titles Sony had on display at E3 was Murasaki Baby, an upcoming sidescrolling game exclusive to the Vita that is difficult to categorize into a standard genre. Even after playing through a level with help from a Sony rep, the only description I can really give the game is a puzzle-adventure mix that's almost completely reliant on the handheld's touch controls.

Skylanders Trap Team Hands-On Preview [E3 2014]
Given the annual releases the Skylanders series has received for the past three entries, it's no surprise to see that Skylanders Trap Team looks to be pretty far along in development and is already scheduled for release this fall. As this site's resident Skylanders fan, the question I found myself asking was simple: Will Trap Team offer enough in the way interesting new mechanics to entice fans back to Skylands a fourth time?

Sonic Boom: Rise Of Lyric Hands-On Preview [E3 2014]
Besides the accompanying 3DS game, the other big new Sonic the Hedgehog title coming out this year is Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric and much like last year's Sonic Lost World, the game will be exclusive to the Wii U. Both titles were definitely Sega's big focus at their E3 booth this year, and I was curious to see what their new take on the turbulent franchise was like.

Dance Central Spotlight Hands-On Impressions [E3 2014]
One of Microsoft's announcements during their E3 conference was a confirmation that the popular Dance Central series would be making the jump to Xbox One this year, although in a different format than the three earlier titles. Dance Central Spotlight, again developed by Rock Band and Fantasia: Music Evolved creators Harmonix, will be a download-only game with a much smaller built-in playlist of songs, but it's not without some interesting new perks for fans of the earlier games.
