Terrence Malick's work is almost always polarizing, and his latest, Knight of Cups, is no different. The beautifully shot film follows a writer named Rick (Christian Bale) living in Los Angeles who "undertakes a search for love and self via a series of adventures with six different women."
It may still be early days, but already it looks like The Witch is going to be the horror film to beat this year. Coming to us from director Robert Eggers, the flick made one hell of a splash on the festival circuit and is now gearing up to hit theatres.
