Lindsay Sperling has A.D.D. and her tastes reflect it. Her movie collection boasts everything from Casablanca to John Tucker Must Die to every season of Sons of Anarchy to-date. She adamantly supported a Veronica Mars Movie (yes, she did make a donation to see it happen..and also possibly for the t-shirt), hopes that the Fast & Furious franchise continues far into the future, and has read every popular YA book series turned film in recent years (except Harry Potter..). When she's not on an indie film set or educating the youth of America, she uses her time arguably productive as a freelance writer.

Teen Wolf Season 5B Review
Fans take a walk on the dark side in the second half of season five as Teen Wolf continues to push the envelope - one freakishly dangerous Chimera at a time. Relying on momentum as per usual, tonight's premiere episode was only the beginning of a rough and tumble climb out of the current divided state that Scott (Tyler Posey) and his pack find themselves in after being infiltrated by an enemy with a convincing smile. Season 5B guarantees to keep you on your toes as the writers lead you swiftly through the shift in power taking place as all the pieces of this bizarre supernatural puzzle start to fall clumsily into place.

The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Review
Nina Dobrev leaving The Vampire Diaries may have come as a shock at the time, but in reality, it was more like a blessing in disguise. Despite the high ratings, the Elena-centered plots were becoming tired and old, ultimately dragging the whole show down. The most maddening one being the on-and-off nature of her relationship with Damon (Ian Somerhalder), which lasted all the way until the end.

Teen Wolf Season 5 Review
Teen Wolf is back, and it wouldn't be a new season without a storm being prominently featured in the premiere. Once again, Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) and his friends/makeshift pack face a new challenge to the normalcy that always seems to conveniently dominate their summer hiatus. And again, Scott's status as True Alpha has become a beacon for other supernaturals to take up semi-permanent residence in his hometown, posing a threat to plans for non-confrontational senior year.

Beauty And The Beast Season 3 Review
Beauty and the Beast started off with a clear cut mission - save Vincent (Jay Ryan) from his unpredictable beast-infused self. As the narrative evolved and Vincent became both hero and victim in a multitude of ways, the writers took fans on a roundabout journey guided by Catherine's (Kristin Kreuk) romantic entanglement with his character and her convenient position as a police detective. Although his beast side is still in tact after a series of near misses with potential antidotes, the writers have essentially given him a full pardon and put him squarely on the side of the do-gooders as he reenters the realm of living a "normal life."

Pretty Little Liars Season Premiere Review: “Game On, Charles” (Season 6, Episode 1)
Pretty Little Liars hurtled back into the drama at full speed in the season six opener, sparing no one's feelings in the process. Picking up almost immediately where they left off back in March, the writers have created an effortless jumping off point for the rest of the season. With some fresh creative choices paving the way for the only partially recycled story arc, they have made Ali (Sasha Pieterse), the on-again off-again antagonist, relevant in a positive fashion for the first time in too long.

The Vampire Diaries Season Finale Review: “I’m Thinking Of You All The While” (Season 6, Episode 22)
After a long and ultimately frustrating season, The Vampire Diaries wrapped things up with a bittersweet episode that left viewers with equal amounts of closure and uncertainty. For as much as the latter half of season six was overshadowed by the announcement that star Nina Dobrev would be leaving the show, her exit, despite inducing a fair share of tears, wasn't nearly as defining an event as the moment called for.

The Vampire Diaries Review: “I’d Leave My Happy Home For You” (Season 6, Episode 20)
The Vampire Diaries is in the home stretch now, with tonight's episode being only three away from the end of the season and a major turning point for the series as a whole. Unfortunately, it's not anything that's happened already as much as what fans know is coming that has viewers at the edge of their seats. With TVD losing its female lead and another series regular along with her, it's a guessing game as to how these beloved characters will be written off - to the point that it's overshadowing what little momentum the current storyline actually has left.

The Vampire Diaries Review: “Because” (Season 6, Episode 19)
There wasn't a lot of positive verbiage to explain away last week's underwhelming return of The Vampire Diaries, and although "Because" was definitely a vast improvement, the show still is long way from its former glory. Even with the writers putting a creative spin on the end of Caroline's (Candice Accola) adventures without her humanity, the season as a whole seems stuck in the proverbial mud. Characters are losing momentum right and left, and without the convenience of the other side to pull from, or the originals to use as a crutch, the story is flailing in all directions.

The Vampire Diaries Review: “I Could Never Love Like That” (Season 6, Episode 18)
It's not every day that the most consistent character on your favorite show loses her grasp on reality, but that's exactly what fans were reunited with when The Vampire Diaries returned tonight after a month-long hiatus. Caroline Forbes (Candice Accola), even as a vampire without her humanity was managing to fair exceptionally well considering the circumstances. At least, better than any of her friends, that's for sure. That is, until Stefan (Paul Wesley) crossed the metaphorical line in the sand that she had drawn and joined her on the darker side.

The Messengers Season 1 Review
If Supernatural and Smallville had a brief affair, their love child would be the pilot episode of The Messengers. Between the plain-clothed Lucifer-esque character spinning his own agenda and the other worldly imagery, it certainly appears to be a marriage between some of the more interesting parts of both long-lived (living) shows.
