With all the excitement of The Avengers arriving in theaters on Friday, Marvel decided to give us even more to be excited about with the first two official stills of The Lizard (Rhys Ifans) in The Amazing Spider-Man. The pictures are not the best quality, and seem to be screenshots from the trailer that will debut tomorrow. In one, The Lizard is shown in his famous lab coat, while the other provides a close-up of his hand grasping Peter Parker's camera.
When the original Paranormal Activity hit theaters, the low-budget horror flick took the film world by storm. Whether you love or hate the original, or its spawned sequels, the films have done what a lot of other horror movies could not. Paranormal Activity made people talk.
Levon Helm, The Band's legendary singer, lost his battle with throat cancer on Thursday, April 19 at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He was 71. This week, my question has finally been answered and to say the least, the first image of Hopkins as Hitchcock has blown away my expectations.
Upon opening my internet browser yesterday afternoon I discovered, along with thousands of others, the death of television legend Dick Clark. He was 82 years old and he passed away on Wednesday, April 18th, from a massive heart attack, according to his agent Paul Shefrin. Some might remember that in 2004, Clark suffered a stroke, which caused many of his televised appearances to be cut short, such as appearances on "Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve." For the past couple of years the show has been hosted with the help of American Idol's own Ryan Seacrest.
