Bryan Singer To Reboot The Twilight Zone

It's been a busy few weeks for Bryan Singer. After it was recently reported that he had been signed up to replace Matthew Vaughn at the helm of the forthcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past, it has now also been confirmed that he is to develop and executive produce a reboot of the iconic TV series, The Twilight Zone, for CBS.

Damon Lindelof Not Writing Prometheus Sequel

In a recent interview with Collider, Prometheus co-writer Damon Lindelof has confirmed that he will not be returning to pen the planned sequel to Ridley Scott's sci-fi epic. He also gave an explanation as to why he won't be returning, stating that he has "other stuff" to attend to before he can give up two years of his life again.

The prestigious AFI (American Film institute) were the latest group to release their choices for the ten best American movies in 2012. While not always in exact correlation, a group as influential as the AFI may give us a good early indication of movies being considered for Best Picture nods at the Academy Awards, which will be announced on January 10th.
