The Expendables 3 Is Disappointingly Rated PG-13
After having put out films that have felt far too unnecessarily dramatic or bordered on too much of a comedic presentation, Sylvester Stallone is claiming that he and his nostalgic dose of an all-star cast have finally gotten the formula right for The Expendables 3. And considering that the third time is usually the charm, it at first seemed reasonable to believe Sly. He seems aware that while the idea of a bunch of iconic action stars from back in the day all coming together in one franchise is awesome, the movies haven't really lived up to their potential. In Sly we trust?

James Franco Bashes Spring Breakers: The Second Coming
No one will deny that Spring Breakers was one of the most polarizing films to be released in quite some time. For some - including this author - it was a stroke of brilliance from the warped mind of Harmony Korine, a narrative that operated on multiple levels in terms of its themes, rather than solely being the 90 minute montage of partying and nudity that it's often discredited as. The shot composition and cinematography were also wondrously trance-like, furthering the feeling that it's a film you probably want to look away from, but can't.

Payoff Trailer For Transformers: Age Of Extinction Promises So Much Bayhem
The hype for Transformers: Age of Extinction seems to be kicking into fourth gear right about now. We recently heard that mainstream rock act Imagine Dragons will be providing music for the film, revered actors such as John Goodman and Ken Watanabe were revealed to be voicing new Autobots, and several TV spots showcasing unseen bits and pieces of this latest cacophony of destruction from Michael Bay continue to present themselves - information overload, much?

WWE 2K15 Likely Won’t Launch This Year
Gamers and wrestling aficionados everywhere rejoiced upon the news of 2K Games acquiring the rights - in an auction from the now defunct THQ - to produce the yearly annual WWE games. Earlier this week though, it was reported that WWE 2K15 would be missing its standard release date of Q4 and would instead be launching sometime around Q1. A wise guess as to when exactly it will arive would be sometime around March to coincide with the annual WrestleMania spectacle buildup - which was definitely a bummer, but there is a good reason

Watch The Stunning Creation Sequences From Noah
2014 got off to a rocky start, with many major releases either disappointing or flat out failing, but one collectively agreed-upon diamond in the rough was Darren Aronofsky's provocative exploration of forgiveness in Noah. It was essentially everything you would expect from a Darren Aronofsky telling of the creation of the world. There's excellent acting from everyone involved, a melodramatic story that borderlines on straight up depression most of the time, and it's a visual spectacle filled with imaginative shots and special effects.

Wolfenstein: The New Order Could Take Players Up To 20 Hours To Complete
MachineGames Creative Director Jens Matthies recently conducted an AMA Reddit interview that answered some nagging questions we've had leading up to the release of Wolfenstein: The New Order, the reboot of the popular FPS franchise. Mainly, we now know why the game comes packaged with a whopping four discs on the Xbox 360 and that it will be significantly longer than the standard first-person shooter.
