Hayley Atwell Confirms Dominic Cooper For Agent Carter
There is only one Agent Carter – actress Hayley Atwell – and she will bring the character to the small screen for the Marvel spin-off show of the same name. Howard Stark, on the other hand, has so far been played by no less than three actors. Gerald Sanders portrayed him first in Iron Man, but then transformed into John Slattery in Iron Man 2. His most recent guise was in the shape of British actor, Dominic Cooper, however, who filled the role in both Captain America: The First Avenger, and in the Marvel One-Shot Agent Carter, that essentially served as an early pilot for the forthcoming series.

Sigourney Weaver Confirms Crucial Ghostbusters 3 Plot Point

It was opened by a panel featuring the multi-talented Seth Rogen. As an actor, writer, producer and director, Rogen has delivered many high profile projects over the 15 years since he got his first screen role in Freaks and Geeks. With the co-president of the Producers Guild of America, Mark Gordon, moderating, Rogen was joined by his producing partners, Evan Goldberg and James Weaver.

Disney’s Live-Action Beauty And The Beast Has Bill Condon At The Helm
Disney’s quest to re-imagine the contents of its back catalogue continues, with confirmation that Bill Condon will direct a live-action version of the studio’s 1991 Oscar nominated animated feature, Beauty And The Beast. The great modernisation of Disney classics has thus far been well-received by audiences, who embraced updated versions of Alice In Wonderland and The Wizard Of Oz, and most recently carried Maleficent to a $170 million opening weekend. With this latest project, the studio is clearly hoping to capitalise on that success.
