In the video, Tran was seen holding Sanders’ hand and speaking with hospital staff, showing clear signs of a close relationship between the two.

Early Tuesday morning, Brown shared on his Instagram Stories, writing, “Lil s–t still pisses me off to this day. Ima pray on it.” The timing of this message came directly after the video of Tran and Sanders surfaced online.

Brown and Tran’s relationship, which lasted from 2011 to 2015, ended when Tran discovered Brown had fathered a child with another woman. Their split was far from amicable, leading to serious legal issues between the two.
