Good guy James Gunn steps in to save a Disneyland employee from being chastised by their boss

SnyderVerse supporters still hate his guts, though.

If you were to survey those with a soft spot for the SnyderVerse on their opinions for James Gunn, many of them would no doubt label him as the devil incarnate, the sworn arch-enemy who swept into the door at DC Studios and immediately stamped out the last burning embers of their hopes and dreams.

On the other side of the divide, many are lauding him as the savior of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s shaky Phase Five, with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 currently riding a wave of momentum generated by early reactions that paint the long-awaited threequel as having the potential to be one of the very best ever.

A humble Disneyland employee certainly falls into the latter camp, though, after they went directly to the source to voice their grievances. The Vol. 3 cast rocked up to the Paris version of the theme park yesterday as the promo trail continues, and one team member got a little overzealous in their attempts to catch a glimpse of the cast and their director.

As a result, they ended up getting into trouble from their boss, only for Gunn to step in and smooth the matter over.

Gunn’s online activity isn’t all about debunking rumors and reacting with incredulity to far-fetched assumptions and inane lines of inquiry, with the co-CEO putting on his good guy shoes to lend an assist to a Disney worked in danger of being chastised, and we can only imagine the look on their face when this particular receipt is pulled out.
