‘It’s a subject that they shouldn’t bring up’: Prince William has officially scrubbed Prince Harry’s name from his life with cold and deliberate finality

William is done with Harry for good.

Prince William has yet to address the interview Prince Harry gave with the BBC and he likely never will. The reason for that is due to the apparent fact William doesn’t even want his own brother’s name mentioned around him.

A royal source has informed US Weekly that Harry is a subject that must be avoided at all costs around William. It seems the eldest son and first in line to the throne is content to completely cut his brother out of his life for good after years of drama and growing distance between the two previously close siblings.

William wants nothing to do with Harry anymore

“William doesn’t talk about Harry anymore,” the source claimed. They went on to say that the people around the prince know not to broach the subject with him or even within earshot. “Everyone knows it’s a subject that they shouldn’t bring up, so he hasn’t brought up the interview and won’t.”

It may sound a tad dramatic but then again the two princes have been on rather bad terms since Harry opted to step down from his royal duties and move to California with his wife, Meghan Markle. Since then things have only gotten worse as the younger brother has revealed royal secrets in numerous interviews with the press. He and Markle even spoke to Oprah Winfrey about their life in the royal family.

Harry also revealed some sensitive information about his older brother in his memoir, “Spare.” The younger sibling publicly talks about his brother a lot, but Prince William apparently won’t even speak about him behind closed doors.

Most recently, Harry spoke to the BBC after losing his appeal in court to have his security reinstated. In the interview the prince stated his wish for “reconciliation” with his family in the U.K.

Harry’s comments to the BBC made things worse

Royal expert, Christopher Andersen, claimed Harry “has an odd way of showing” he wants to reconcile with his family.

“He slams his father for interfering in the trial, then says the Palace rigged the outcome, then accuses the Royal Family of not caring about the safety of his wife and children. […] Harry delivered the coup de grace when he said he wanted to bury the hatchet with his father because he doesn’t know how much time the King has left to live.”

His comment regarding his father’s mortality has left a rather bad taste in everyone’s mouth. Some have labelled it as a manipulation tactic while others simply said the comments were “disgusting.”

William has no doubt heard what his brother’s been saying but the chances of him addressing the comments seem incredibly unlikely. Harry has proven to the royals that he cannot be trusted so it looks like reconciliation is off the table. At this point it would take a miracle to see the family reunited as William would rather carry on as though his brother doesn’t exist it seems.
