Kelley Wolf banned from ‘stalking, harassing, threatening, or hurting’ Scott Wolf and their kids as judge issues strict protective order

In the world of the increasingly acrimonious separation between Scott and Kelley Wolf and their equally contentious custody issues, things just keep getting from bad to worse. And now, a judge has ordered Kelley to remain at least 300 feet from her ex, Scott, and she can only contact him in the presence of a Court-Qualified Mediator.

People broke the news about the latest order, but it didn’t come from nowhere. Although Kelley has said time and time again that she wants to ensure her relationship with her kids can be maintained during her separation from Scott, her actions keep disrupting her intentions. The former Real World: New Orleans star’s struggles with mental health have been apparent for all to see, even beyond the disturbing reports that surround her name, she always gives glimpses of her struggle to her followers on Instagram.

On Aug. 26, the court deemed her latest move to have gone a bit too far. On that fateful day, Kelley posted Scott’s phone number on her official Instagram account. The Party of Five alum promptly reported the matter to police. Scott told the authorities that he was getting as many as 24 calls in ten minutes. To make matters worse, that was the phone he used to contact their three shared children, whom he now has full custody of.

The judge handling their case determined that, with that action, Kelley had violated a temporary agreement with her estranged husband. The judge decided to issue a new, stricter protective order. In addition to the restraining order, Kelley has reportedly also been ordered against “stalking, harassing, threatening, physically hurting, or causing any other form of abuse that could cause bodily injury.” She has also been warned against issuing any threats to Scott.

The estranged couple’s next hearing in court is scheduled for Sep. 10. Until then, Kelley is ordered to keep off all drugs and alcohol. For the possessions she might still have in their former shared family home, she can now only retrieve them in the presence of a police officer.

Earlier, Kelley was allowed to visit her children under the supervision of approved personnel. She was only allowed three voice calls and three FaceTime calls per week. Scott, on the other hand, was ordered by the court to still maintain Kelley’s car payments, credit card payments, partial attorney fees, and $10,000 in living costs.

Considering how fraught the situation was, this was a ruling where each party was given a responsibility to bear until they figured out their living situation moving forward. Kelley was, however, also ordered not to mention the case on her social media — an agreement she has now broken.

Reportedly, Kelley’s friends are increasingly worried that she might be going through a mental health crisis. On a previous occasion, they even initiated authorities to intervene, resulting in Kelley being held in an involuntary 5150 hold. Kelley has been very vocal about how troubled this separation has made her on her Instagram account. But now even the courts are not only requesting but requiring Kelley to participate in psychiatric treatment.
