Scott Wolf locks out his wife, so she shows up with cops and films the whole mess

The doors weren't available, so she went for the windows.

Former Party of Five star Scott Wolf’s estranged wife Kelley Wolf documented her attempts to enter their family home in Park City, Utah, on Instagram Live. The incident, which took place on July 29, happened about two weeks after Scott dropped his restraining order against her.

According to People, Kelley, 48, arrived at the property with Summit County police officers, hoping to retrieve some of her belongings and save money from inside the house. The author and public speaker live-streamed her attempts to get inside the home on Instagram, echoing other celebrities who’ve faced Instagram Live controversies.

When she discovered Scott had changed the locks, Kelley tried several ways to enter the house, including removing a window screen and attempting to push another window open. Police officers present at the scene tried calling Scott, but he did not answer their calls.

What the police say about the incident

According to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, they responded to a “keep the peace” call early morning on July 29. The police confirmed that they escorted Kelley around the property as she tried different ways to enter the home, but all attempts were unsuccessful because the locks had been changed.

The police spokesperson said they couldn’t confirm if anyone was inside the house at the time, as they never made it inside. Kelley made some phone calls to family members but eventually left the property without getting inside.

The incident caught the attention of the couple’s 16-year-old son Jackson, who commented on his mother’s Instagram video, calling her actions “insane,” adding to 2023’s string of devastating celebrity breakups. The social media post comes despite a court agreement that bars both parties from posting about each other, their marriage, children, or the divorce.

Court documents show that Scott, 57, currently has temporary sole physical custody of their three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Kelley is allowed supervised visits with the children and can have three supervised video or phone calls per week. The agreement aims to eventually allow Kelley to have unsupervised parenting time with her children.
