‘MAGA knows NO low’: Liberal commentator says Trump supporter stole a 13yo girl’s identity to make false rape allegations against him

Dean Withers claims the accusations against him are fake and that his detractors used photos of a minor to illegitimately accuse him.

Dean Withers, a commentator who is best known for his viral videos in which he debates Trump supporters, has pushed back against what he claims are false rape allegations made by the far-right and MAGA supporters on TikTok. The accusations come from an account featuring pictures of a young girl who Withers says was used without her consent to spread the false narrative.

Withers often streams himself challenging conservative viewpoints and has also previously appeared on the web show Surrounded where commentators like Charlie Kirk have also appeared. However, his most recent video was a departure from his usual content.

It’s time to address the allegations against me.

“This is the most serious video I’ve ever made,” Withers states. “A Trump supporter stole the identity of an innocent 13-year-old girl to falsely accuse me of rape.” As well as apparently stealing a minor’s identity to accuse Withers of a very serious crime, he claims the alleged Trump supporter’s “supporting evidence” consists of nothing more than “poorly botched fake DMs.”

The accusations against Dean Withers

The sexual assault allegations came from a person named “Emily,” whose account is currently still viewable on TikTok. One video shared by the apparent victim shows a message sent to the liberal commentator that accuses him of sexually assaulting them when they were a minor. An apparent response from Dean can be seen, which reads, “I was drunk. I barely even remember that night. Just leave it alone.”

All of the posts from the account feature accusations against Withers or at least allude to sexual assault. While at present it doesn’t feature any pictures of the apparent victim, screenshots shared by Dean and others online showed that the account did previously feature pictures of a girl, often with text talking about the assault pasted over the top.

Withers claims that the girl featured in the photos was used to “make the accusations seem more believable.” He also says that the girl featured in the photos was not his accuser: “She had her identity stolen by this account.”

An alleged case of stolen identity

Another TikTok account, claiming to be the real person from the photos, posted a video shortly after being informed of what was going on to claim that she was not the one making the accusations against Withers. The girl, who was revealed to be a 13-year-old minor, showed the original photos she claims to have posted to her Instagram, side by side with the accuser’s photos.

The girl claims to have gotten multiple DMs about the situation despite saying she had nothing to do with the accusations. Withers says the “obviously fake” allegation not only hurt him but also “the innocent little girl whose identity was stolen.”

Withers also called out MAGA influencers on X who he claimed peddled the false narrative without looking into the full story. In a post he wrote, “This allegation originates from a FAKE TikTok account MAGA knows NO low.”

The posts made by Emily, which featured pictures of the girl, have since disappeared, but the accusations remain. According to Withers, the false allegation is an “attempt to illegitimately deplatform me,” and he believes the attack is coming from Trump supporters, although there is no solid proof to back up that claim.
