The rather aptly-named Turtonator is a Fire/Dragon hybrid, and besides its ability to shrug off attacks by way of the huge shell on its back, this particular ‘Mon has its own move that no other can learn, so says the official description.

Shell Trap is a move that only Turtonator is able to learn. With this move, the Pokémon can set a trap at the beginning of the turn, and if Turtonator is hit by an opponent’s physical attack during that turn, Shell Trap triggers an explosion that will deal much greater damage to the opponent.

Category: Blast Turtle Pokémon
Type: Fire/Dragon
Height: 6’07”
Weight: 467.4 lbs.
Ability: Shell Armor

While there seems to be no footage of it at this time, Serebii.net reports that Game Freak also showcased a new Z-Move called Hyper Sprint Attack. This new finisher is Normal-type, and may be usable by any type, considering the attack was performed by the Electric-type Pikachu in the footage.

Pokemon Sun and Moon launch for Nintendo 3DS this November. For more details, see here.
