Here’s Where To Find Fortnite Season 9, Week 9’s Secret Battle Star

Dedicated Fortnite players will know all too well the fun of trying to figure out where Epic have hidden their secret Battle Stars around the map. These only turn up every other week, with hints as to its exact location popping up in-game for eagle-eyed players to spot. Dedicated Fortnite players know all too well the fun of trying to figure out where Epic have hidden secret Battle Stars. These only turn up every other week, with hints as to their exact location popping up in-game for eagle-eyed fans to spot. This week’s hint is dropped after you complete any nine full sets of challenges from the Battle Pass. Doing this will display a special loading screen which has an image of a green car behind ropes tucked away in the corner.

The exact location of the car is at the west entrance of Mega Mall. It’s best to enter from the ground floor due to the complexity of the building, so avoid landing on the roof. Pop around through the west entrance and you should spot it in the corner. Then, all you have to do is head towards it and *ta-da* you’ll hear that satisfying Battle Star sound and it’ll appear. Just interact with it and it’ll grant you one Battle Pass tier.

The only other thing you should be aware of is that the Battle Star can only be obtained if you’re playing a default, competitive, or limited-time Battle Royale mode. So, if you think you can breeze around in Playground mode and nab it without any real danger, you’re out of luck.

This little quest is just one element that’s making Fortnite‘s Season 9 go down so well amongst players. Many were skeptical that the map would be getting rid of such iconic locations as Retail Row and Tilted Towers, but it’s safe to say that Neo-Tilted and Mega Mall have proved worthy replacements. Plus, there’s a generally more futuristic element to the Fortnite map that works quite well, with little touches to existing locations to keep things consistent.
