If you are yet to play Monolith’s Shadow of Mordor, next week seems like as good a time as any. Hailed for its combat and exploration, it was really the game’s intriguing Nemesis system that drew the most praise, incorporating a tangible causality into a experience that could have so easily gone down as another mediocre licensed property. Heck, we even included it during our Game of the Year conversation for 2014.
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition will arrive on May 5 in North America, while European users will have wait a few extra days before Monolith’s rerelease debuts on May 8.
