According to a Gematsu translation, this week’s issue of Famitsu will reveal new details on the Muramasa: The Demon Blade Vita port that was announced at Tokyo Game Show last week. The advance word on the article is that the game will not be a straight up port, and will include some kind of additional content not found in the Wii version.

It is unclear at this point if this will be additional paid DLC after release, or free downloadable content included with the purchase of the game. All we currently know is that it is titled “Mysterious Legend of the Genroku Era”.

Additionally, there is still no word on a Western release for the Muramasa: The Demon Blade on the Vita.

We will let you know on both fronts as soon as details are announced.
