Continuing the franchise’s year-long 20th anniversary celebrations, Nintendo has announced that mythical Pokemon Arceus is now available to download on copies of X, Y, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire by way of a special distribution code. For those of you in the US, you’ll have to head to your nearest GameStop outlet to acquire a code or, if you’re living across the pond in the UK, you’ll have to go in-store to GAME instead.

Arceus is the next Mythical Pokémon featured in the Pokémon 20th celebration! From August 1–24, be sure to get a code from your local GameStop to unlock Arceus for your Pokémon Omega Ruby, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon X, or Pokémon Y video game.

Like previous giveaways, you’ll receive Arceus at level 100, so no levelling required. What’s more, this version will come with the Multitype ability and have the moves Judgement, Hyper Beam, Recover and Perish Song. Like its original incarnation in Pokemon Diamond & Pearl, the time-bending creature can change type if given certain items to hold, but is Normal by default.

There’s still four months left in 2016, so expect to see more giveaways over the course of the year.
