Nintendo Is Working On A New Side-Scrolling 3DS Mario Game

While speaking to investors, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata promised that a new (left to right moving) Super Mario game is in the works for the 3DS. Although that's all he said, deciding to skimp on the details for now, it's still enough to make our inner gamers squeal with delight.

While speaking to investors, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata promised that a new (left-to-right moving) Super Mario game is in the works for the 3DS. Although that’s all he said, deciding to skimp on the details for now, it’s still enough to make our inner gamers squeal with delight.

The project is expected to release sometime during the company’s next fiscal year, meaning that it could release anytime after March 2012.
