Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee HD Is Revealed For Q2 Release

These days, more and more video game industry announcements are being discovered on Twitter. It's become a helpful ally for developers and publishers, allowing them to quickly get their big news out to throngs of readers/fans. The most recent social media reveal comes from developer Just Add Water, the studio that brought us the high-definition PSN remake of Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath.

The most recent Twitter reveal comes from developer Just Add Water, the studio that brought us the high-definition PSN remake of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath. According to its account on the social media website, the team’s next release will be another trip into that quirky series’ past: Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee HD. It will see a release sometime in fiscal quarter 2 of 2012.

As of right now, not much else is known about this project. However, fans of the franchise should definitely be excited to hear that the Xbox launch title will be making a return.
