Rockstar Has Rolled Out Its Max Payne 3 Television Spot

With its release less than a month away, Rockstar Games has started to advertise its much-anticipated sequel, Max Payne 3. The slow-mo loving shooter’s television spot made an appearance during a Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs game that aired on ESPN last night, but you may have missed its debut. If so, fear not, because we have it for you now. Take a look, and then expect to see the same artistic camera shots, bullet-time gun-play and balding detective plastered all over your television screen for the next month or longer.

In order to get a new generation of gamers excited about this release, the trailer makes sure to mention that Max Payne 3 is coming to them from the same developer that made headlines with Grand Theft Auto 3 and Red Dead Redemption. What’s interesting is that the first Max Payne game debuted before both of those releases.

Max Payne 3 will dive onto consoles on May 15th, with a PC release following on May 29.
