Need For Speed: Most Wanted – First Run Limited Edition & Pre-Order Bonuses Revealed

Electronic Arts has unveiled a first run limited edition for Criterion's Need For Speed: Most Wanted reboot. The idea is to gift those who pre-order the visceral racer with exclusive bonuses, and this particular package will let players unlock the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale and Porsche 911 Carrera S early in multiplayer. On top of those unlocks, a double speed point bonus will be made available to those folks during their first four hours spent playing online.

Electronic Arts has unveiled a first run limited edition for Criterion‘s Need For Speed: Most Wanted reboot. The idea is to gift those who pre-order the visceral racer with exclusive bonuses, and this particular package will let players unlock the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale and Porsche 911 Carrera S early in multiplayer. On top of revealing the online-focused limited edition, the publisher also unveiled the game’s three unique pre-order bonuses, all of which tie into its multiplayer modes:

  • The Speed Pack: The Caterham Superlight R500 in the exclusive Satin Black livery, featuring the Track Tyres Modification for improved road handling, and the Lightweight Chassis Modification allowing players to reach mesmerizing speeds
  • The Power Pack: The Ford F-150 SVT Raptor in the exclusive Satin Black livery, featuring the Reinforced Chassis Modification for taking increased damage, and the powerful and violent Nitrous Dump Modification for making tight jumps and powered up takedowns
  • Strike Pack: The Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG Black Series in the exclusive Satin Black livery, featuring the Power Pack Powertrain Modification for an engine tuned for torque, acceleration and the ability to reach breakneck speeds, and the Re-inflating Tyres Modification making it easier to survive and counter rivals’ attempts to slow players down

North American gamers who wish to put their name down for the limited edition of Need For Speed: Most Wanted will need to put their deposits down before October 30, while European players will have the added benefit of being able to do so until November 2.
