THQ has officially announced the upcoming Collector’s Edition of WWE ’13, which is being titled the Austin 3:16 Edition. This newly announced package will cater to the Attitude Era fans, more specifically fans of Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Here’s a detailed list of what can be found in this edition of the game:

  • Exclusive foil packaging featuring embossed Stone Cold Steve Austin skull
  • Exclusive collectible art card personally autographed by Stone Cold Steve Austin
  • Exclusive Stone Cold Steve Austin in-game attire: red skull t-shirt (circa 2001)
  • Exclusive Stone Cold Steve Austin in-game ATV ring entrance
  • “Stone Cold Steve Austin: The Bottom Line on the Most Popular Superstar of All Time” (DVD)
  • Copy of WWE ’13 video game
  • Access to WWE Hall of Famer and WWE ’13 global pre-order offer Mike Tyson playable character

This special edition game can only be pre-ordered at GAME and GameStop locations in the UK, so if you’re lucky enough to live in the UK I highly suggest you stop in and pre-order your copy before it’s too late.

Nothing has officially been announced in the US yet as far as Collector’s Edition’s go, but I’d keep my eyes peeled for some sort of exclusive store content.

THQ hasn’t done too many actual Collector’s Edition’s in the US recently, but they usually offer up some bonus content if pre-ordered or purchased at Best Buy, GameStop, Amazon and sometimes even Target.

WWE ’13 hits PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii on October 30th, 2012.
