Avengers: Endgame Cast Reveal Their Favorite Marvel Memories

Avengers: Endgame serves as the final installment in the eleven-year Infinity Saga, making this as good a moment as any for the cast to reflect on their time in the MCU and pick out their favorite memories.

In a new promo for the Avengers: Infinity War sequel, the stars do just that, starting with Scarlett Johansson. The Black Widow actress claims that her favorite moments have often been at the premieres of each film, since this is when she gets to see the whole gang all in one place.

Sadly, Endgame looks to have served as the final outing for several of Johansson’s co-stars, though the actress herself is staying on in the long-awaited Black Widow solo movie. Here’s hoping she and David Harbour will have much to talk about at the premiere.

Karen Gillan, meanwhile, offers some enthusiastic thoughts on her experience playing Nebula:

“I just love playing my character so much, and I think that she’s so misunderstood, but people are starting to understand her a little bit more.”

In all likelihood, Thanos’ adopted daughter will return in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, though two heroes whose arcs have seemingly come to a close are Captain America and Iron Man. The respective journeys of this pair have often been heavily entwined, and in the new promo, Chris Evans recalls that his favorite Marvel moments have frequently been spent with Robert Downey Jr.:

“I’ve had a few quiet moments with Downey. He’s always just really been such a wonderful mentor in a lot of ways, and I’ve really kind of said to myself, ‘Don’t forget this.’”

The video also includes some quick soundbites from Downey himself, along with fellow Avengers: Endgame cast members Danai Gurira, Jeremy Renner, Paul Rudd, Mark Ruffalo and Don Cheadle. We can expect to see quite a few of these stars return for the next era of the MCU, but first, Marvel’s Phase 3 officially comes to a close with the release of Spider-Man: Far From Home on July 2nd.
