Be warned that spoilers lie ahead.

While the source stayed fairly vague in their claims, it’s said that the film’s final battle is “as massive as you’d expect, with all our heroes fighting and getting their moments.” The report also adds that the “effects of the final battle are permanent.” In other words, when someone dies, don’t expect them to come back in a future sequel, like so many snap victims.

The above intel lines up quite neatly with a recent Deadline report, which relayed word from an industry insider that the movie’s second half is “mind-blowing.” Right now, filmgoers have just over a week to wait before they can see the spectacle for themselves, though in the meantime, the internet is becoming an increasingly hazardous place for any fans wary of spoilers.

Just last night, for instance, almost 5 minute of footage leaked online, which for many fans, marked the moment where they felt the need to take a break from social media. And with Endgame set for an early release in China on April 24th, you can imagine that things are only going to get worse from here.

Of course, if you’re actively seeking out articles like this, then you probably aren’t particularly fussed about spoilers, but try not to give too much away to your more cautious friends before Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26th.
