Massive Avengers: Infinity War Billboard Spotted In Spain

Spanish Marvel fans are clearly getting into the MCU spirit as this huge Avengers: Infinity War banner attests. Look for the sequel to arrive on April 27th.

Between the incredible cast list and unprecedented sense of scale, Infinity War is practically in a league of its own when it comes to superhero spectacle, and this newly-uncovered Spanish billboard helps put things into perspective.

First spotted by Reddit (h/t Heroic Hollywood), this artwork serves as a timely companion piece to Infinity War‘s character posters, which assembled practically every hero that’s set to square off against Thanos and his minions – Hawkeye notwithstanding.

The sharp-shooter known as Clint Barton has been strangely absent from most, if not all of the sequel’s marketing blitz, leading many to believe that he’s on the verge of becoming Ronin, teeing things up nicely for the so-far untitled Avengers 4. One way or another, let’s take a closer look at the billboard in question via the gallery below (which also includes some recent posters):

Pretty cool, no? Once Avengers: Infinity War has come and gone, we’re crossing our fingers in the hope that some of Marvel’s promo material is made available to purchase, as a crossover of this scale ought to be cherished.

The Avengers plan to assemble once more on April 27th, by which point we ought to have a better reading on Infinity War and its box office projections. Early estimates indicate that a $200m-plus opening weekend is well within reach, leaving many to wonder how high Joe and Anthony Russo’s crossover will climb. $2 billion, perhaps? We’ll find out very soon.
