The gang's all here in this incredible new IMAX poster for Avengers: Infinity War, which serves as a nice companion piece to yesterday's deluge of character posters.

Marvel Studios is on the verge of making history – you know it, I know it, and even the Internet’s most stubborn naysayers know it, too.

Never before have we seen a superhero movie with the scale and mind-numbing scope of Avengers: Infinity War, which looks set to redraw the Marvel Cinematic Universe we know and love, opening up the field for a Phase 4 that is decidedly different from everything that has come before. Think cosmic adventures orchestrated by James Gunn and Co. and you’ll begin to get a sense of where the MCU is headed post-Avengers 4.

But for now, let’s focus on the movie of the moment: Infinity War. Propped up by 10 years and 18 films’ worth of superhero legacy, Marvel’s ensemble piece has managed to pull together a cast list for the ages, as evidenced by yesterday’s deluge of character posters. Hell, Hawkeye even got his own dazzling (albeit fan-made) poster.

To complete the collection, Marvel has now rolled out the sequel’s official IMAX one-sheet, and, frankly, it’s a wonder the marketing team was able to squeeze all those big-name stars into the masthead. Feast thy eyes on it in the gallery below (which also includes yesterday’s character posters):

From Okoye to Vision, Scarlet Witch to the souped-up War Machine, this is another stunning showcase of 2018’s biggest movie, which will be projected on our screens from April 27th – or April 26th, if you happen to be located in the United Kingdom.

And though Marvel has done everything in its power to mitigate spoilers seeping onto the interwebs, earlier this week Joe and Anthony Russo asked budding fans to refrain from ruining such a special, landmark movie for their fellow enthusiasts – just as they wouldn’t want it spoiled for them. Let’s hope everyone takes heed of the Russos’ warning when Avengers: Infinity War opens big on April 27th.
