Avengers: Infinity War Trailer To Drop Tomorrow Night During Jimmy Kimmel?

Could we see the long-awaited Avengers: Infinity War trailer as soon as tomorrow night? Could we see the long-awaited Avengers: Infinity War trailer as soon as tomorrow night? That’s what the rumor mill is rumbling about, with speculation from multiple sources saying that Marvel’s desperate to bolster viewing figures for Inhumans by either attaching the trailer to the first episode or, alternatively, premiering the preview shortly after, on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Now, let’s not jump to any conclusions here. Sure, Marvel could release the Infinity War trailer this week and in a way, it’d make a good deal of sense. After all, Inhumans has received some dreadful advance notices, with many calling it the lowest point of the entire MCU to date (including both film and TV). So, why not make at least the first episode a success by attaching a trailer that any self-respecting Marvel fan can’t ignore? Then again, both Thor: Ragnarok and Black Panther are due to release before Infinity War and maybe it’d make more sense for one of those to get it instead?

As mentioned above, we’re also hearing that the trailer might drop sometime during tomorrow’s installment of Jimmy Kimmel Live. That remains unconfirmed for now, of course, but what’s interesting is that the guest list for the show is currently TBA, and it’d make sense for one of the stars of the film to introduce the trailer at that time. After all, Marvel has used the talk show in the past to debut footage from their upcoming releases, and it’d probably be safe to assume that they’ll do the same for Joe and Anthony Russo’s event movie – whether it’s this week or at some point in the future.

At the moment, all we can really do is wait and see. For our part though, we’re desperate to get a taste of what Infinity War looks like. We presume most of you watched the leaked copy of the SDCC trailer before the studio stamped it off the internet, and that looked amazing (even through a camera phone). As such, we’re beyond eager to get something official.

Avengers: Infinity War is set to be released on May 4, 2018, while Inhumans premieres tomorrow at 8pm ET on ABC.
