Rob Zombie hopped on Instagram this week with a new Three From Hell update, in which the 31 and Devil’s Rejects director teased that the threequel’s long-awaited first trailer is just around the corner.

In fact, he even provided an exact date. Sharing an image with the words “4 more days” written on it, we can now confirm that we’ll be getting our first proper look at the hugely anticipated horror flick on Monday, June 10th. And how exciting is that?

After all, this one’s been a long time coming, but our reunion with the Firefly clan is quickly approaching and as one of the biggest releases the genre will see this year, it’s safe to say that fans are beyond eager to reunite with Captain Spaulding, Otis and Baby. In fact, Spaulding is even featured prominently in the aforementioned teaser image, which you can see for yourself down below.

Of course, not much has been revealed about the plot just yet, but it seems that the titular trio somehow survived their barrage of bullets in The Devil’s Rejects, and have since been sent to prison. Whether or not they remain behind bars, we’ll have to wait and see, but something tells us it won’t be too long before they get out.

After all, in an interview last year with Rue Morgue, star Bill Moseley teased that the pic will be “chockablock with gratuitous violence.” Given Zombie’s previous efforts and what we saw in them, we certainly have good reason to believe him. But we’ll find out for sure if Three From Hell can live up to that endorsement when it hits theaters at some point this fall. Until then, stay tuned for that first trailer, as it’ll be here in just a few days.
