Cara Delevingne Takes Charge Of Tattoo Duties In Latest Suicide Squad Photos

Principal filming may have wrapped up on David Ayer's Suicide Squad, but the doors of Harley Quinn's tattoo parlour seemingly remain open - either that or Cara Delevingne is sharing photos from last week's ink-happy bonding session. Either way, the up-and-coming star has taken to Instagram to post a pair of stills that appear to show her inking a fellow member of Task Force X.

Principal filming may have wrapped up on David Ayer’s Suicide Squad, but the doors of Harley Quinn’s tattoo parlour seemingly remain open – either that or Cara Delevingne is sharing photos from last week’s ink-happy bonding session. Either way, the up-and-coming star has taken to Instagram to post a pair of stills that appear to show her inking a fellow member of Task Force X.

It’s a little difficult to tell exactly who it is that is receiving the not-so-tender love and care, but it’s possible that it could be Jared Leto’s foot that is receiving the ink. Again, there’s no caption on either of the images so who the subject is is up for question; nevertheless, we’ve included each image below for you to feast your eyes on.

Delevingne is assuming the role of Enchantress for the villain-centric feature, a bi-polar character that she has described as feral and volatile in the past. Long-time fans of Suicide Squad will know that the persona begins life as June Moone, before being exposed to an all-powerful supernatural entity who grants her with equally supernatural, mind-bending abilities.

Barring a few shots, Enchantress was firmly on the back-burner during the first Suicide Squad teaser, though we’re excited to see how Delevingne’s unhinged character blends in with the remainder of Task Force X – an elite black ops unit that isn’t exactly lacking in unhinged sociopaths.

Task Force X will assemble in earnest when Suicide Squad lands in theaters on August 5, 2016.
