Three From Hell

The Evil Returns On First Poster For Rob Zombie’s 3 From Hell

Rob Zombie's latest masterpiece, 3 From Hell, is heading to cinemas in September, and here's the first poster and details on how and when you can see it.

Rob Zombie’s 3 From Hell has been a long time coming, with the pic being held up by the director touring with Marilyn Manson (though to be fair, that’s a pretty good excuse). But now, it’s finally screaming into a theater near you very soon with the help of Lionsgate and Saban Films.

Zombie made the announcement earlier today, explaining that the follow-up to House of 1,000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects will be shown via Fathom’s Digital Broadcast Network in roughly 900 theaters over the period of September 16th-18th, 2019. And now, we have the first official poster for the movie, which can be seen in the gallery down below.

Fans attending these screenings are in with a chance to catch some cool bonuses, too. Those arriving for the screenings on the 16th will get to see a video introduction by Zombie himself, with the first 50 attendees receiving an exclusive poster. Attendees on the 17th, meanwhile, will be able to check out a 30-minute behind-the-scenes look at Zombie’s filmmaking process. And those turning up for the final day of screenings will be treated to a double feature of 3 From Hell and The Devil’s Rejects.

Here’s Zombie talking about how excited he is that audiences will finally get to see the threequel:

“This event is a long time coming. The journey of these characters has always been special to me and I am thrilled to finally let the fans experience the next episode of the Firefly madness. This project was a true labor of love for everyone involved and we know we have created something amazing for the loyal followers of these films. Let the insanity begin!”

Lionsgate President of Worldwide Home Entertainment Ron Schwartz also had this to add:

“We are excited to collaborate again with Rob Zombie. With House of 1,000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects, Rob Zombie delivered thrills and high doses of gore to genre fans. We look forward to bringing this next chapter to screens with Saban Films and Fathom.”

Completing the set, Saban Films’ Senior Vice President of Distribution, Sales and Marketing Jonathan Saba said the following:

“In 2003 a bold new cinematic voice emerged with House of 1,000 Corpses. And with the sequel, The Devil’s Rejects, Rob Zombie cemented his legacy as one of the most influential and important modern-day genre filmmakers. Now nearly 15 years later, Rob returns to the Firefly family in an audacious and wholly singular new chapter in this gory saga. I can’t wait for audiences to see this film on the big screen thanks to our partners at Lionsgate and Fathom.”

This is definitely going to be awesome and seeing 3 From Hell on the big screen surrounded by likeminded Zombie aficionados should be an unforgettable experience. Seats at these events are bound to go fast, too, so be sure to get tickets at www.fathomevents.com. They’re still sorting out exactly which theaters will participate, but expect a conclusive list on July 19th.
