Ghosted follows a man named Cole (Chris Evans) on a quest to discover why Sadie (Ana De Armas), the woman of his dreams, stopped communicating with him after their first date. Cole’s mission takes a dramatic turn when he uncovers that Sadie has been living a double life as an international spy. The movie also stars Lizze Broadway, Dexter Fletcher, Adrien Brody, Mustafa Shakir, and many others.

According to DeadlineGhosted, which premiered on the streaming service on April 21, has racked up 328,500 views. It is also reported that Apple TV Plus’ movie viewership continues to rise daily. The publication states that the data was collected from a research panel by Samba TV, a software company that tracks insights. Despite the recent numbers, Apple TV Plus has yet to confirm if Samba TV’s data is accurate.

Since Ghosted premiered last week, the film hasn’t been well-received by fans and critics alike. The reason surrounding the adverse reaction stemmed from the lack of chemistry between Evans and De Armas, its visuals, and the scripting. In addition to the critiques, Ghosted received 29% on the Tomatometer on Rotten Tomatoes. This is one of many projects that Evans has starred in since leaving Marvel Cinematic Universe. The last film that Evans appeared in the MCU was 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Ghosted is now streaming on Apple TV Plus.
